Fur Trade in China.

The fur trade in china is one of the most gruesome things I have ever seen or read about, this is what I am focusing my project on. I think that the fur trade is a horrible business and it needs to be stopped. It is particularly bad in China because there are no laws against animal cruelty in there country. They can treat animals how ever they want and the government is ok with it. About one year ago a group of animal cruelty investigators traveled through China. They went through a series of fur farms posing as agents from a fashion industry. On many of there tours the government of China accompanied them to show that he saw nothing wrong with how the animals were treated. In the Fur farms the investigators found that  the  animals were torched  in many ways the cages were  over full and the animals were self mutilating themselves  from being to  crammed in cages, the animals are beaten  and then skinned  while still alive. After they have been skinned they usually stay alive for about 5 to 10 minutes. There bodies are trough into a pile and left to rough in the scorching sun. All types of animals are treated like this cats, dogs, rabbits, and even endangered species such as Panda bear.  I think that there should be world wide laws against this.   My solution  for animal cruelty in fur farms  is  that there should be laws that state that the  animals should have to be  killed with the least amount of pain and suffering, There should be limits to  how many  animals can be put in one cage and facility ,  after the animal is skinned the  body should  be used of its meat not just  gone to waste. These should be world wide laws they still allow the industries to make money and continue, but there are restrictions that make it a more humane industry.

Hey Taiya I completely agree with you about the fur trade in china. I only think this about China because they actually skin the animals they get alive. If they didnt skin them alive I wouldnt mind some of it.
